OA Research Day NL

This is the registration page for OA Research Day NL, which will be held at Delft Hotel Arsenaal on June 11, 2025. We welcome registrations from all osteoarthritis researchers in or from the Netherlands (at broad) .

Registration fee

Early Bird Registration April 8th – May 28th, 2025 € 25,00

Late Registration May 29th – June 9th, 2025 € 50,00

Note: Registration fees for the Netherlands and other countries are VAT exempt.

This registration fee will cover:a full day program including coffee/ tea, lunch and drinks.

There is no cancellation policy but if you are registered and for any reason not able to come you can ask for a replacement at info@oaresearchday.nl until 09.06.2025.

For all junior researchers (Post Docs and PhD students) the OA research day NL program holds dedicated opportunities to present themselves. Either by presenting a poster (could be an existing poster) and/or by pitching in the general program (2 minutes presentation). Pitching might be subjected to selection, given time restrictions. We will get in contact shortly after the deadlines (Pitching May 9 and Poster May 28 )
